A highly-touted pitching prospect out of a small high school in Indiana and later Purdue University, Kent Maggard was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in 1986. After a short professional career, he changed paths and found success in the banking industry. Now, he’s taking the lessons of leadership and teamwork he’s learned from both and sharing them with audiences around the country.
